Our visit to this dealer was pleasant as it can be when used car shopping. The wife and I each drove the 2020 Ford Escape that we came to test drive. We liked the way it handled but the ride was a bit bumpy. After the test drive the salesperson asked how we liked the drive and we told her the above comments. I called the service department when car started to make a very loud metal on metal noise. We were heading out of state in 2 days. Stacey got us in for service the next morning. My Ford Explorer had major work done over the last three weeks. Some of my parts were back ordered and I need to use a loaner. Similar size loaner was great and I was able to use it for the duration of my Explorer getting fixed.
Had my car towed there while I was on vacation. They were able to fit me in on a busy day and fixed my car within a few hours. Car was covered by the recall. I wasn't even charged for the diagnostic charge. Ended up costing me nothing!
