Rebekah Reynolds and the Ira Ford Service crew are the best. They are very efficient, helpful and reasonable.
I’m not happy with the service truck still acting up want to make it right. I got a recall, O2 sensor done, inspection on it. Didn’t take it for a test drive cause it had no gas in it. My truck is still acting up 40-50 MPH seems like it’s skips or hard vibration. If you guys can’t make it right I won’t be coming back and won’t buy another vehicle from you guys. I’m not mad I’m just genuinely upset

Another amazing experience at Ira Ford with my 2018 Escape. First off, being met at the door by Andy bright and early on a dreary Sat morning definitely helped start the appointment. Was met with professionalism and the perfect amount of wit and humor… My vehicle needed several things done that day and even when I told Andy that I needed it by early pm, he reassured me it would be ready and guess what? It was! Well done Andy and everyone at Ira Ford for another satisfying experience!

I was visiting my brother in portland from out of state and ran into an issue that made it difficult to drive home. Unlike a local dealership in south Portland, IRA was happy to help me out and I highly recommend them. I fully understand not being able to help someone out when your work load is overwhelming, im a busy contractor, but unlike the south Portland dealership, IRA Ford employees just seemed more friendly and interested in trying to help me out. They diagnose the car or the corrosion wiring problem. Quoted me 450 took them less than an hour. Service manager told me it would be 385 bucks and only took 40 minutes between the phone calls. They dropped the bill down to 189 don’t understand why this always happens when I go in there always feel like they’re trying to take advantage of somebody.

I had a great service experience. The crew was friendly and flexible. They were sure to listen and address my concern about a tire. They did a thorough look over but everything additional was optional and I was informed of pricing. Texting and using a link were easy for me to communicate.

I am highly disappointed. I had to pay 1274.00 today for brakes for front and back on a car I purchased with 9000 miles on it and now has 14, 541 miles because the rotors and pads were so bad. I only did 3 car payments on this car and there is no way that that much damage could have happened in that short of time. Ira ford service department was excellent to work with, services were prompt and the recommended repairs were explained with great detail.
I appreciated Andrew’s communication about options and recommendations for service. He did not push for maintenance that was coming up due but not immediately needed and offered his guidance on what I should take care of right away. I feel like my van is in good shape for a cross-country trip.

Had a wonderful purchase experience with Ira Ford two years ago and tried getting my Bronco serviced locally. Wasn’t a good experience so returned to Ira even though it’s a pretty long drive - 45 minutes. It was great. The team communicated very well and the time it took was very reasonable. The waiting area had a very convenient desk cubby so I could work and while I was working I was listening to team members laughing and chatting with each other. It was really wonderful to hear! Will definitely be returning.
